What goes up must come down
but only if the world is round.
Einstein’s relativity
has made a perfect mockery
by pointing out the countless flaws
in what we took for natural laws.

The block-heads who insist their brains
are separate from the other things
will fear the thought that All is Void
(for freedom gets them quite annoyed).
There’s comfort in this rigid stance,
the peace conferred by ignorance.

There’s danger though, to realize
the mechanics of a man who dies.
For once we lose our fear of death,
why bother draw another breath?

The love of life quite naturally
steals our immortality.
